What About My Insurance Company?
We will notify them for you or ask you to inform them once we have accepted your claim. They only need this information for their records.

What Happens to My Car?
If driveable, we will organise a repairer - you just take your car to the garage where your replacement vehicle will be waiting for you. Upon completion of repairs, you simply return the replacement vehicle and collect your repaired vehicle.
If your vehicle is un-driveable, a replacement vehicle will be delivered to an acceptable address of your choice and we will arrange for the un-driveable vehicle to be removed.
What Do We Mean By Replacement Vehicle?
Where practically possible, we will provide a replacement vehicle to a similar standard of the vehicle damaged.
What If I or My Passengers Are Injured?
You and your passengers are legally entitled to claim compensation for injuries suffered as a direct result of the accident. We make no deductions from any compensation you receive to cover legal costs ensuring you receive 100% compensation.
